When BFS was founded in 1958 by the first generation, production line was simply handmade, supported by semi – automatic machines. Today the production is carried out by the high technology with full automatic machinery under the most contemporary conditions.
Presently the second generation is the head of the foundation. Their young vision brought a wide comprehension and novelty to the plant. As the synthesis of new mentality and experience of nearly half of a century, has made BIRLESIK FIRCA one of the most important paint brush supplier of European market by exporting 80% of it´s capacity to more than 44 different countries all over the world.
BFS has specialized in production of all kinds paint brushes like block/emulsion/stain brushes, flat paint brushes, round paint brushes as well as paint rollers. Our goal is to be known as the PAINT SPECIALIST for paint brushes throughout the world.
Producing all plastic parts and ferrules in his own plant by full automatic machines enables BFS to keep the production cost as low as possible and to offer stable quality with the highest possible flexibility.
There is a considerable demand for paint brushes suitable for water based paints. Since BFS has always been very novel and sensible against today’s and future’s demands, therefore with the light of increasing demand and by this enthusiasm we have doubled our mixing capacity in 2011. Mixing the synthetic filaments and natural bristles on his own, gave BFS the advantage of competitiveness, a stable quality and a high production capacity.
